On Thursday, 14 November, 15:30hrs, I will defend my dissertation "Explanation of Exceptional Values in Multi-dimensional Business Databases" at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. See "Explain the odd one out: how exceptional data values can tell the whole story".

The paper "Explanatory business analytics in OLAP" has been published in the International Journal of Business Intelligence Research (IJBIR).

On the ECIS 2012 conference, the paper "Explanatory analysis in business intelligence systems" was nominated for the Claudio Ciborra Award - An award for the most innovative research paper. The paper was written together with prof. H. Daniels. Unfortunately, our nomination did not result in winning the price.

Artikel over process mining bekroond als beste artikel 2009.

On the IT-auditorsday my paper "Naar een softwarematige analyse van bedrijfsprocessen voor auditing" got the price for best article in the EDP-auditor of the year 2009 ! Co-authors for the paper are Maria Bezverhaya-Haasnoot and Piet Goeyenbier from the Rijksauditdienst.

Today, I uploaded my CV.
